  Have rented here since 2015. Management is good, reasonable, and quick with repairs, but overall quality of the properties they offer is subpar. Still, solid affordable housing in Marquette is what they do. Great starter apartments, not so great for larger families. I give them a 3 out of 5. Yes, you might nicer apartments, but not more affordable without subsidized housing. Also, they Accept MSHDA clients, which is a plus.
