  As a past and present tenant of Tourville Apartments I can honestly say that the office staff and maintenance crew are all very polite and helpful. I appreciate that the apartments are immaculate at move in. I also appreciate that as soon as the snow starts to fall the maintenance crew are plowing the parking lots and shoveling the walkways. If you have a problem, just call it in and they fix it. The apartment complex is super close to town and the bike path. It makes it easy to get where you’re going fast. The workout facility has two floors, a swimming pool, a sauna, and is included in the rent! This is an added perk and leaves me with no excuses. Who doesn’t like to sauna?
